Good morning folks,
Another book read 📚 and to distil its value in a depth summary, which will be published later this month - over here!
But to provide a trailer of what I've found from the book: the 5 AM Club written by Robin Sharma.
👉🏽Here's what you need to know:
The 20/20/20 formula: The method of 5 AM is a notion of waking up before the daybreak - and work on your creativity, mental energy and productivity in chunks of 20/20/20 incremental minutes of the victory hour of 5-6 AM.
90/90/1 concept: This draws on the idea of default activity, to practice an endeavour as a default. The 90/90/1 rule is a tactic of committing 90 days and 90 minutes of your day to a single activity. These 90 minutes are a result of implementing deep work without any interruptions. The interruptions of technology coupled with the over-stimulation of it disrupt the production workflow., which is a hindrance to our fourth pillars of growth.

To begin with - I've been actively trying to practice waling up at 5:30 AM. This has been a constant battle sometimes I would jump out of bed and into action - draw on my running gear 🏃🏽♂️ to go for a run. But, there are times during the month - I fail to achieve this. I guess what I'm trying to say I'm not trying to be a perfectionist with this practice - I know I will fail, but all I can do is try.
Well, that's all for this week.
Take it easy folks

Snippet of Value
What I finished listening to 🎧 - The autobiography of Barack Obama, I picked up this gem on Audible and has been my companion for the past month. The daily commute to work has been filled with wise words and intriguing highlights portrayed by the 44th President of the United States. Definitely, one to check out!
Article 📝 - Coming across this article, I found a meaningful structure to one's goal and guidelines. Something that I can implement and follow in my process.
Podcast 🔈 - The power of likability in a status obsessed world, when people are exposed to a new environment - they begin adopting by experimenting with their identity on how they act or how they behave. To add little changes that have an enormous effect, which impacts our relations with others.
Quote I’m pondering on ❝❞ - The psychology of money by Morgan Housel
Luck and risk are both the reality that every outcome in life is guided by forces other than individual effort. They are so similar that you can’t believe in one without equally respecting the other.
